And at the time, I was using AI more or less like a chatbot. No Claude Code, no Codex... not even any agents or skills. Just ChatGPT and Claude. Mind you, I used to own a 30+ person agency before I ever touched AI, and made $200K+ a month at the peak, but was taking home maybe 5-10% of that after everyone else was paid. Many months, I'd be in the negative, having to rip out the credit cards to pay people. I started to have heart problems, my hair was falling out, the whole nine at just 28 years old. Long story short, it almost killed me. So once I saw how much work I could get done on my own with AI by providing it with the same SOPs I used to train humans, I was hooked. And as I used AI more and more, I saw how powerful it really is, especially its ability to connect the dots in ways I could never see before. AI brought me back to life and gave me the opportunity and strength to take another swing at making my dreams come true. I saw a statistic about how 95% of businesses weren't making money with AI, and realized that the 5% who were... were simply providing their AI with enough context to be successful. So I decided that I was going to figure out how to solve that problem. Since the beginning of 2026, I've been spending all day every day building a platform called Dots. It is what I call a Contextual Human Intelligence Platform (CHIP). Its built around Dotabases, where you can store all of the Data, Intelligence, Instructions, Ideas, Context and Examples (DIIICE) that your agents need to succeed. Dots is basically like Notion, ClickUp, AirTable and Obsidian all came together and had one brilliant, AI-native baby. I built the platform to be as pluggable and extendable as possible so that you can essentially build your entire business and all of the internal software you could ever need to run it, on top of the foundation that Dots provides. Dots allows me to move 100x faster and more efficiently than I ever did before, and I am looking to bring that speed and efficiency to my clients to prove how amazing Dots truly is.
