AI Automation & Systems Architect | AI Agents, APIs, WordPress
Your business probably doesn't need another tool. It needs the tools you already have to work together. I help businesses turn manual processes, disconnected systems, and good ideas into technology that works. Maybe your CRM and website do not talk to each other. Maybe your team is still moving information by hand. Maybe you know AI could help, but you are not interested in adding another shiny tool that creates more work than it removes. That is usually where I come in. I've spent 13+ years solving business problems with technology, and the pattern is often the same: Understand what needs to happen. Find what is getting in the way. Build the right system around it. β 268 Upwork jobs β 17,820+ Upwork hours β 100% Job Success β Top Rated Plus β U.S.-based The tools have changed a lot over those years. The job has not. I do not start with the tool. I start with the outcome. AI AUTOMATION & WORKFLOW SYSTEMS If your team is copying information between tools, chasing follow-ups, updating the same data twice, or relying on someone to remember what happens next, there is probably a better way. I design and build AI automation, AI workflow automation, business process automation, CRM automation, lead routing, onboarding workflows, internal tools, knowledge bases, RAG systems, reporting, notifications, and human-in-the-loop automation. The goal is not to automate everything. It is to remove unnecessary work while keeping the judgment, relationships, and decisions that still need a person. AI AGENTS & AI INTEGRATION Most AI projects are systems integration projects with AI inside them. That means giving AI the right context, access, boundaries, and actions. I build AI agents, LLM workflows, OpenAI and Claude integrations, AI assistants, document retrieval systems, multi-step agent workflows, internal AI tools, and AI-enabled SaaS functionality. If you already have a stack, I can work inside it. If the architecture is still unclear, I can help you make sense of that first. APIs, CRM & SYSTEM INTEGRATION A lot of technology problems are connection problems. One system knows who the customer is. Another knows whether they paid. Another knows what work needs to happen. And somewhere in the middle, a person is copying information from one tab to another and wondering how this became their Tuesday. I connect those pieces. That includes REST APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, SaaS platforms, databases, authentication, Stripe and payment systems, email and messaging tools, PHP, JavaScript, and custom backend logic. I am comfortable thinking across the full workflow, not one application at a time. WORDPRESS, WOOCOMMERCE & LMS DEVELOPMENT WordPress is still one of the platforms I know deeply. I've spent years building and supporting custom WordPress systems involving WooCommerce, LearnDash, memberships, subscriptions, payment workflows, user access, CRM integrations, APIs, reporting, custom plugins, and complex business logic. I have also built LMS platforms that supported thousands of users and created integrations that replaced manual steps with structured workflows. So when I look at WordPress, I do not see a website. I see a business platform. YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW THE TECHNICAL ANSWER Some of my best conversations start with: "We're doing too much of this manually." "These systems don't talk to each other." "We know AI could help, but we don't know where." "Our process worked when we were smaller. It doesn't anymore." "We know what we want to happen. We don't know how to build it." That is enough. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. TOOL AGNOSTIC BY DESIGN Depending on the project, I work with OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, REST APIs, webhooks, WordPress, WooCommerce, LearnDash, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Stripe, CRMs, Cloudflare, and custom applications. But your business should not be shaped around whichever tool happens to be popular this month. Tools are interchangeable. Outcomes aren't. WHY CLIENTS HIRE ME Building what someone asks for is one skill. Understanding what should be built is another. It means I tend to ask questions that go beyond the immediate request: What is the real business problem? What happens before this step? What happens after it? What can be automated? Where does human judgment still matter? What happens when a step fails? Who needs visibility? And will this still make sense when the business grows? Those questions usually lead to better systems. And better systems usually lead to fewer headaches, which remains an underrated feature. If you have a business process, system, or idea that needs to work better, send me a message. Tell me what is happening today and what you want to happen instead. I'll help you work out the system between those two points.
