I am a full-time practicing general practice attorney, with 20+ years of experience, handling both criminal and civil matters. I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of Ohio, I worked in different law firms from 1998 until 2004 handling a wide variety of matters, including civil litigation, national counsel for a fortune 500 company; finishing off my career working with small, boutique law firms handling a wide variety of legal matters. The broad base created the foundation to start my own law practice which as grown extensively since 2004. I have been a solo-practitioner since 2004, with extensive focus on criminal, business, bankruptcy, civil litigation, contracts and various other matters. I am an excellent draftsman of a wide variety of documents including complaints, general pleadings appellate briefs, contracts, agreements, business documents, including all of the necessary documents for a case from initial pleadings through trial.
