Civil Engineer/ Construction Estimator (Planswift On-Screen Takeoff)

I am a licensed Civil Engineer since 2015. I worked as a Formworks and Falseworks Supervisor in one of top construction companies in Cebu City, Philippines. My skills mainly are more on engineering field which includes Structural Design, Architectural designs using Revit and 2D drawings, draftings and formworks analysis and estimates. Since year 2019, I worked as a Quantity Surveyor/Construction Estimator for few companies both local and international. The projects I have estimated are roads, bridges, commercial and residential buildings and flood controls. I also do estimates for a landscaping company that also includes the landscapes, irrigations and site furnishing takeoff. I have also worked with clients/contractors of roofing, drywalls and ceilings projects only.
