I am a real estate & construction Project Manager. I am a licensed Civil and Plumbing Engineer in the Philippines I’m a detail-oriented person with hands-on experience in Buildertrend, Procore, Contractor Foreman and Buildxact, and I’m ready to bring my skills to your real estate/construction projects. Being a project manager for more than 8 years, I've had the privilege of overseeing multitude projects. Be it involving property management, fit-out, small renovation, construction of single family to multifamily homes, condominiums, commercial and industrial buildings. I believe I’m the perfect fit to keep everything on track and boost your company's efficiency. I’ve worked with businesses to streamline their deal pipelines and keep their finances in check, so I’m confident I can bring that same efficiency to your team. That being said. From my previous roles, I attend meetings with stakeholders, provide summaries, minutes and action items for our projects, development detailed project plans covering the schedule of values, budget and resource allocations, monitoring the schedules and project progress, identifying and solving issues that may arise on site. Also, I work closely with vendors and subcontractors, monitoring their performance, ensuring deliverables are met and swiftly address any concerns. On the financial oversight, I collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting, project budgets and expenditures won't exceed, and make a way to get the budget run efficiently. Other than that, I leverage a suite of tools to streamline and enhance my productivity and ensure smooth communication between teams.
