Hi! I’m Hayley. I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with Organizational Leadership from the University of North Georgia. I have a Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Georgia. I’m also a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent in about 15 states. I have a decade long background in customer service, but also have experience with transcribing audio, speech writing, product reviews, data entry, any kind of voice projects, proofreading and editing, creating captions for videos, mystery shopping, 🛍️ and much more.
