Versatile Autistic Writer, Advocate & Personal Motivation Coach

👉 𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝒂𝒎 𝑰? I am a versatile and passionate autistic woman with 30+ years of life experience. Originating from the UK, I've lived, worked, and educated myself across three continents, four countries, and numerous cities; currently residing in Belgium's Flemish region. With a BSc in Sociology from London and Level 2&3 Fitness/Personal Training qualifications from LDNM, my career spans various sectors. Additionally, I have worked with NGOs helping alongside young refugees, autistic individuals , and advocacy around mental health. My diverse interests center around travel, society, diversity, inclusion, and people. I'm an enthusiast for food, travel, animals, and, above all, coffee. I've embraced my unique journey, translating it into an Instagram blog with 10K followers. Writing since childhood, both personally and professionally, I adopt a laid-back, open, and authentic approach. Engaging in TV, media, and press relations, I've also delved into freelance modeling, specializing in disability and diversity art. Proficient in various digital platforms across a multitude of platforms, I favour Canva, WordPress, and all the usual social media channels, I excel in the art of content creation and writing. My client portfolio, coupled with my Instagram presence, provides a tangible display of my versatile skills, unwavering dedication, and unique stylistic approach. In my current role as a Neurodiversity & Disability Specialist at Bened Life, I advocate for neurodiverse peers, engaging in varying tasks, such as peer connection, retention, influencer engagement, podcast creation, social media content creation, and more. My remote role involves extensive community-based work, with a focus on the USA. I am also accustomed to working with high profile individuals such as V.VIPS, athletes, celebraties and macro- influencers. With a rich history of multitasking and adaptability, my skills include community outreach, administrative work, customer relationship management (CRM), social media, and writing. I fancy myself quite the personality on camera as well. Feel free to PM me for more information or additional work samples. Thank you for trusting in me! Rose-Lauren :)
