I am a problem solver, If you have an IT need or issue, I can find a solution. I have a networking degree, Linux certification and 20+ years in IT support. I currently manage and maintain multiple clients with multiple Desktops, Servers, Networks, etc. I have my own servers hosted in a local Data center that provide websites, phone systems, backup solutions, etc. I manage routers with VPN connections, both Client to Site and Site to Site. I have worked directly with vendors to find solutions for my Clients on many occasions to make the troubleshooting process as least painful as possible. I pride myself on continuing to learn any and every aspect of IT that I can in order to provide the best solution for all of my Clients. Below is a list of some systems I currently/have worked on/support. Medical Imaging Systems (DICOM, PACs and RIS), Veeam Backup, Website hosting (Linux and Windows based), Wordpress, Veterinary Software (Impromed/Covetus), Office 365, Exchange, PFSense, SonicWall, TPLink, Cisco, etc.
