In my ten years of retail experience, I have gained valuable knowledge about working with variety of retail products. In addition to this, some of my other duties included creating displays, unpacking and stocking new merchandise, and assisting customers with any inquiries that they had about products. My past retail experience has taught me how good customer service can make or break the shopping experience, and I was able to gain valuable insight into how to keep interactions with customers positive. I was good at showing customers how to choose the item that fit both their needs and their budget, which earned me a 30% repeat customer base over two years, which was 5% above the average for sales associates at the store.
