Ops & Automation Strategy | Project Manager & Workflow Architect

I’m a systems-oriented operator focused on workflow automation and improving how complex processes function in practice. My work centers on translating high-level strategy into structured systems that are easier to execute and scale. Currently, I’m an Associate Consultant at Harbor Global, where I work with legal operations teams and enterprise clients to analyze workflows, gather and structure requirements, and support the transition toward more efficient, automated systems. I collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to bring clarity to complex processes and help drive more consistent, scalable outcomes. Alongside this, I continue to work with Space Beach Law Lab on the development of an AI-driven intelligence system for the legal and space policy community. My role involves working with senior stakeholders—including in-house counsel, law firm partners, and government officials—to understand evolving needs and translate those insights into more refined workflows and system improvements. My background spans ecommerce operations in the beauty supplement industry, as well as publishing and editorial work, including managing complex book projects alongside established ghostwriters and early-stage publishing teams. That experience continues to shape how I approach problem-solving—bringing structure to ambiguous ideas, aligning stakeholders, and keeping complex projects moving forward. I’m most interested in making complex systems easier to work within—through thoughtful workflow design, automation, and better alignment between people and the tools they rely on.
