💎 Scaled 10+ businesses to 2x+ revenue 💎 Hi. I help businesses with identifying, measuring, and prioritizing the variables that produce the largest increase in a business metric (revenue, activation, retention, LTV, etc.) For me, CRO is not changing a button color and hoping for a 1% lift. And it’s definitely not creating a fancy website that still does not convert. Real CRO is about understanding your audience deeply enough to know what actually makes them buy, and leverage it to achieve significant improvements. (We're talking 20%-40% wins) That usually comes from a combination of psychology, behavioral economics, product thinking, and technical measurement. The goal is not to describe your audience in every possible way, but to find the few decisive factors that shape their buying decision. If we understand those factors, we can improve much more than just your funnel. We can improve your marketing, your messaging, and, in the long term, your product direction. But if you want to be the right choice for your audience, you first need to understand their problem, their expectations, and the evidence they need before they trust you. And all of this starts with measurement. We need to understand your offer, your traffic sources, your market, and how people actually behave on your website. Where do they click? Where do they scroll? Where do they stop? What is the first thing they see after clicking your ad? Does that first impression make them want to continue, or does it create doubt? From there, we build hypotheses. I start with the highest-leverage opportunities: ideas that are likely to be true, could meaningfully improve revenue, and can be tested without slowing the business down. Then we run the experiment. If it wins, great, we just proved the hypothesis. But if it loses, we do not just move on. We trace the hypothesis back to the assumption that made it seem true. Then we ask: now that the audience disproved this, what is the better explanation? This is the compounding effect we are looking for. Every experiment proves or rejects one idea. Then the next idea becomes sharper because it is built on what we just learned. Over time, this gives us a clearer path toward the few decisive factors that shape your audience’s decision-making. And the reason I care about those factors is simple: I’m looking for meaningful growth. I’m not here to celebrate a tiny cosmetic improvement. Of course, for some businesses, even a 5% lift can create a serious increase in profit. But my real goal is bigger than that. When the business has the right traffic, sales, and execution capacity, my goal is to help make it twice as big in revenue in a quarter. And this is not wishful thinking. I have made it possible with multiple teams. Take Fiction Profits Academy as an example. They did not just double revenue in one quarter. They did it three quarters back to back. In the nine months we worked together, the business became roughly eight times bigger than where it started. That is the mindset I have in CRO. Not random changes. Not fancy pages. Not isolated tests with no learnings. A serious learning system that helps the business understand its audience and market, then scale with evidence. So if that is the target you have for CRO, send me a message, and we’ll take it from there. ==================================== Who this is for: Experimentation is one of the cleanest paths to meaningful revenue growth. But it only works when the business is ready for serious tracking, analysis, testing, and iteration. I can only work with a few businesses at a time, and only where that kind of growth is both possible and worth investing in seriously. That usually means enough traffic, enough sales, and the willingness to support a serious testing process. ==================================== Client Results: Max Anderson, CEO, Natal App “Iman is absolutely top notch.
