EXPERT INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER / ESL CURRICULUM DEVELOPER I'm an expert instructional designer with K-12 and university ESL teaching and teacher training expertise, highly-sensitive to diversity and accessibility. In my 30+ years of experience, I've designed a comprehensive software program, large and small assessments, webinar presentations, and every variety of classroom and LMS-delivered lessons/courses for various ages, English proficiency levels, and educational levels. I currently work full-time as an Instructional Design Manager for online university courses delivered via several LMSs and oversee our LearnWorlds site, but I have 10-15 hours/week I can devote to additional projects.
