In another engagement, I analyzed a retail company’s Q1 sales data, revenue trends, product performance, customer behavior, cleaned the dataset with SQL, built an interactive Power BI dashboard with the key KPIs, and delivered strategic recommendations that led to targeted promotions and measurable cost optimization.
