I work in AI-driven drug development, but I didn't start here. My journey began in Siberia, researching pests and fungi, studying how organisms evolve and adapt. Step by step, my focus shifted-from genetics to data, from biological patterns to computational models. Eventually, this path led me to bioinformatics, AI, and building data pipelines for life sciences. I am a computational scientist and bioinformatician with 13 years of experience in biological research, AI applications in life sciences, and data pipeline development. My expertise includes bioinformatics tools, machine learning models, and big data analytics. Currently, I work in drug development, applying AI and data-driven approaches to solve complex biological problems. Previously, I developed a proteomic data analysis platform and a single-cell RNA- seq analysis pipeline at Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute.
