I am a recent MBA graduate from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a focus on healthcare operations and health equity. I have experience as a Graduate Student Instructor in the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and my analytical work includes statistical modeling in R, wage gap analysis, and longitudinal data visualization using large public datasets such as IPUMS ACS. Recent projects include a healthcare workforce stratification study examining occupational sorting by race and gender across five decades, and a pay equity analysis using the Equity Analytics framework.
