Financial Modeling Expert | Operating, Fundraising, and Feasibility
Your business has a story. The financial model is where that story holds up. Or where it comes apart. I build the one that holds up. Investor scrutiny, lender questions, a board that wants the next twelve months on one page, accounting data that has never been turned into a forecast, a new move you cannot afford to get wrong. Whichever room you walk into, that is what I build. Which room are you in? 🎯 Already operating: a forecast you can actually run the business with. 🎯 Raising capital: an investor-ready model for investor, lender, or board conversations. 🎯 Testing a new move: numbers for a new idea, location, product, or strategy before you commit. 200+ international financial modeling projects across five continents, in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, multi-location operating businesses, agriculture, food and beverage, healthcare services, manufacturing, and other operating businesses where the model has to reflect how the business actually works. The work is used for fundraising preparation, investor discussions, board-style planning, operating forecasts, and cash-flow decisions. ✅ OPERATING MODELS FOR RUNNING THE BUSINESS • Actuals-to-forecast models built from accounting data and operating drivers • Rolling forecasts, monthly dashboards, budget versus actuals, and management reporting • Multi-location models with branch rollout, staffing, capacity, productivity, profitability, and cash needs • Revenue, cost, cash-flow, runway, hiring, debt, and growth forecasts you can update each month and trust ✅ INVESTOR MODELS FOR FUNDRAISING PREPARATION • Full three-statement forecast with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow connected • Funding need, cash runway, burn rate, break-even, and use-of-funds logic • Scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, and investor-facing dashboards • Valuation support using DCF, venture capital method, or comparable-company logic where appropriate ✅ FEASIBILITY MODELS FOR NEW IDEAS AND EXPANSIONS • Pre-revenue models for founders still shaping the business • Unit economics, pricing, margin structure, customer volume, and break-even analysis • Expansion models for new locations, products, markets, or business lines • Assumption testing before committing capital, hiring, inventory, or investor time ✅ ACROSS INDUSTRIES, THE MODEL CAN INCLUDE • SaaS and subscription metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, expansion, cohorts, CAC, LTV, NRR, GRR, and Rule of 40 • E-commerce and inventory mechanics: stock timing, vendor terms, lead times, working capital, and cash flow • Marketplaces and platforms: take rates, multi-sided revenue logic, regional and customer-segment assumptions • Optional integration of exports from QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, CRM systems, or other operating data sources For fundraising projects, my role is to build the financial logic, the assumption set, the cash runway, the funding need, and the scenario structure that make the investor or board conversation clearer and more useful. The model does not raise money by itself; what it does is make the conversation about the money sharper and more defensible than it would otherwise be. I approach every business as my own. I dissect the logic, ask the uncomfortable questions, and build the file so the client can actually use it after the project is done. The model only works when it fits the business. No clutter. No fake complexity. Just the financial model you open again and again because it helps you see the business clearly. ✅ INDUSTRIES AND BUSINESS TYPES • SaaS, subscription, and recurring-revenue businesses • FinTech-adjacent marketplaces and payment/savings platforms • AI-enabled SaaS and service-cost models • E-commerce, DTC, Amazon, and inventory-heavy businesses • Marketplaces, apps, and multi-sided platforms • Healthcare services and HealthTech-style operating businesses • Food and beverage, hospitality, and multi-location service businesses • Agriculture, AgTech, farming, and processing operations • Manufacturing and CPG-style operating businesses • Online education, coaching, and digital service businesses
