Let’s start with an uncomfortable truth. If your business completely falls apart the moment you step away for a day, you don’t have a business. You have a very stressful job. Somewhere along the way the systems didn’t get built, the processes didn’t get documented, and now everything runs through you. The CRM is a mess, the team asks you questions all day, projects live in your head instead of in a system, and growth just means more chaos. That’s where I come in. I’m a Fractional Operations Strategist, which is a fancy way of saying I build the operational backbone that keeps a company running without the founder losing their mind. I design systems. I document processes. I organize CRMs. I structure teams so work actually moves forward without constant babysitting. In other words, I turn “founder chaos” into something that resembles an actual company. A little about me. I started out in Canada (yes, the land of “sorry” and aggressive politeness) where I earned a diploma in entrepreneurship and accounting. Then I escaped the eternal winter and landed in Las Vegas, where I’ve spent years working with entrepreneurs and growing companies that needed someone to come in and bring order to the madness. Since then I’ve helped businesses: • Build operational systems that scale • Implement and clean up CRMs • Create documentation and processes so teams stop guessing • Manage offshore and remote teams • Bring structure to companies that are growing faster than their operations can handle I’ve worked across multiple industries and with teams around the world, so there’s a good chance I’ve already seen (and fixed) whatever operational nightmare you’re currently dealing with. The short version? If your business feels like a chaotic pile of sticky notes, Slack messages, and “I’ll remember that later,” I can probably fix it. And we’ll probably have a few laughs while doing it.
