I work closely with clients to transform ideas into real-world solutions ready for manufacturing. ✅ What I Can Do for You 1️⃣ Engineering Design I will help bring your concept to life as a functional mechanism. If needed, I can also coordinate prototype manufacturing — I work with trusted workshops and have local contacts. 2️⃣ 3D Modeling I create precise 3D models for both individual parts and complex assemblies. I can prepare models for: 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.) CNC machining Sheet metal fabrication 3️⃣ Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Want to ensure your design will perform reliably? I can help you answer: Will it work as expected? Is the structure strong and rigid enough? Can it be made simpler or lighter? In most cases, you can skip the physical prototype by running virtual simulations. My combined academic and industry experience ensures accurate modeling and interpretation of results. ✅ How I Work: Development Process 1️⃣ Concept Stage I create one or several simplified models to demonstrate the working principle. If needed, I provide an animation. Once approved — we move forward. 2️⃣ Preliminary Research (if required) Some ideas need validation before full design. We’ll discuss this separately, if applicable. 3️⃣ Detailed Design I develop a full 3D model that takes into account: Manufacturing technology Tolerances, fits, and assembly Material selection Sometimes the concept needs to be refined — we will review and approve changes together. 4️⃣ Prototype Production I prepare manufacturing drawings and technical documentation. I recommend involving me at this stage to supervise production or suggest a reliable shop. 5️⃣ Testing and Refinement Once the prototype is built, we can test and fine-tune the model as needed. ⚠️ Not all steps are required for simpler projects. ✅ Timelines Exact timelines are discussed after the concept stage is complete.
