Rachel K.

Russian/English Translator

A Russian to English translator/interpreter, I have a BA in Russian and have spent meaningful time in Russia. 1.5 years I worked as a church representative, living, teaching, and providing service throughout south-western Russia. Later I returned to work under a canoe/kayak coach on the Moscow Rowing Canal to help train his athletes and as a volunteer with the 2014 Olympic Games. I am well qualified and produce excellent work in a timely manner. I love teaching, having been a high school Russian and Algebra teacher. I worked with teenagers who struggle with math and language, adults looking for a GED, and promising youth looking to excel in academics. I have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and experience in Content Development.
