Hi, I’m Bogdan - a headhunter with 7+ years of experience building teams that make a real difference. It all started when I began an internship at a small US-based headhunting agency at 18. Within the first 3 months of training, I billed over $250k and became the agency’s top biller. I was fortunate to learn directly from some of the industry’s top minds and that has shaped the way I work ever since. After that, I launched my own desk and went on to help scale 4 startups from zero to exit ; not just as a recruiter, but as a strategic partner. I worked directly with founders, helped build teams, solved million-dollar problems, and gave them a competitive edge when it mattered most. One of my core strengths is the ability to understand the market and competition better than most founders themselves – and that has been my advantage from day one.
