Conversion Tracking Expert | Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker, CallRail
Your Google Ads account says it got conversions. Your business says it got leads. I find out why those numbers don't match, and I fix the tracking so they do. I set up and repair conversion tracking for businesses that sell through calls, bookings and forms: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CallRail and Looker Studio. Most of my recent work is for medical clinics. What I do: - Conversion tracking audit: what fires, what fires twice, what never arrives, and what it costs you. - Google Ads conversion tracking setup and fixes, GA4 key events, clean GTM containers. - Offline conversion import to Google Ads: from a booking system or CRM, with real revenue as the value. - Phone call tracking with CallRail, tied to bookings. - Reconciliation between Google Ads, GA4 and your booking or CRM data. - Looker Studio dashboards your team can actually read. Recent results for a multi-location US medical practice: - Built an offline conversion pipeline through the Google Ads Data Manager API. In a 90-day sample, 190 of 194 ad visits matched to real payments: $72,689 collected against $28,500 at the old flat estimate. - Found why analytics missed a third of site bookings, removed the cause, and coverage rose from 64% to 97%. - Found that phone call conversions had silently stopped reaching Google Ads while calls kept coming in. Why I work this way: I spent two years buying traffic on Google, Meta and TikTok before moving into tracking, and years building websites before that. I know what a media buyer needs from the data, and I can implement it myself. I can also build the landing page or fix the site when the tracking problem lives there. How I work: 1. Read-only audit first. Nothing gets published or changed in your accounts without your approval. 2. A written list of what is broken, in order of cost. 3. Fixes, then proof: Tag Assistant, GA4 and Google Ads data, screenshots. 4. Documentation so your team isn't dependent on me. I handle patient-related data carefully: aggregates only, and Google receives a click ID and a value, never patient details.
