HOW I WORK: I prefer proving the core workflow first instead of spending months building infrastructure around an unvalidated idea. Real user → real input → AI reasoning/retrieval → tool/API action → real result. Once validated, I build the production layer around it: authentication, databases, evaluation, monitoring, error handling, security, scalability, and deployment. I pay particular attention to the problems that make AI systems unreliable: hallucinations, poor retrieval, inconsistent outputs, failed tool calls, latency, API failures, security, and uncontrolled AI costs.
