I work as a Virtual Executive Assistant for three directors in a company handling logistics, calendar management and more. I also have freelance experience with Shopify and Wordpress Aside from this, I have 5 years of experience in handling tickets related to onboarding and offboarding, retirement and pension, software and application access issues, and provisioning and maintenance requests. I handled tickets through different intake tools such as Atlassian Jira and ServiceNow while also attending to queries and requests through shared mailboxes. I joined Willis Towers Watson in 2018 as an intern. In my role, I helped the team process invoices and travelers' requirements, handled logistics, accredited and managed vendors, co-facilitated and executed engagement activities for colleagues, managed reference tables, and completed process documentations. After my internship, I had been part of the UK Pensions Administration for three years as an analyst. Since January 2022, I joined the Human Capital and Benefits admin team and will be supporting a team of 170+ colleagues. I am also assisting in our Learning & Development department.
