Hi there! My name is Michaela and I am a Learning Expert. I am one of the few people in the world who can honestly say that they love what they do. My background with eLearning began with my undergraduate degree in Human Resource Development from The University of Houston. During my time there I was provided coursework to enhance my capabilities with various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate as well as courses devoted to Instructional Design and Training and Development. From there, I have worked in two corporate environments providing global eLearning content development with Articulate Storyline and LMS administration. I have worked with anything from compliance training to the successful merger of two systems across an organization. I have 7 years of experience in eLearning and have developed over 450 training courses. I can provide customized solutions such as basic eLearning, complex modules, interactive videos, gamification, and graphic design. My goal is to develop fast quality design, presentation of information, and transfer of knowledge.
