I'm a Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect who's spent the last 12+ years building enterprise systems across the Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, and more recently, AI-driven automation. I've worked federal contracts, regulated healthcare environments, and commercial clients of every size, from small businesses that just need something built right the first time up to organizations running at enterprise scale. Most consultants specialize in one layer of the stack. I don't, really. I end up owning the CRM, the ERP, the data warehouse, the ETL pipelines, the API integrations, and the cloud infrastructure, whatever the project actually needs. I've led teams and mentored developers, but I'm just as comfortable sitting down and writing the plugin myself. Across 30+ engagements, that's mostly meant being the sole architect, start to finish. Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: I've done 30+ Dynamics 365 implementations spanning Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Project Operations, and Business Central: architecture, configuration, customization, plugin development, BPF design, security modeling, ALM, all of it. On the Power Platform side that extends into canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages portals, Dataverse architecture, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio agent development, usually inside enterprise-governed production environments where governance isn't just a checkbox. Azure, Data & AI: On the data side I work in Azure Data Factory and Snowflake, building Bronze/Silver/Gold lakehouse architectures on SQL Azure and ADLS Gen2, often inside HIPAA-compliant environments with Entra ID, Key Vault, and OAuth2-secured APIs underneath. A lot of that work now has AI layered in: production integrations with the Claude API and OpenAI, prompt pipeline design, hallucination mitigation architecture, Copilot Studio agents, human-in-the-loop workflow design. I use Claude Code and Cursor daily, so this isn't theoretical for me. It's simply how I build. Power BI & Analytics: I own the full BI lifecycle: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, star-schema design, row-level security, and the executive dashboards at the end of it. One project I'm particularly proud of is a RevOps predictive pipeline analytics build using Weight of Evidence and Information Value algorithms against HubSpot and Snowflake data. ETL, Migration & SQL: I've migrated 20+ years of historical CRM data across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Dataverse, and built a custom SQL Server reconciliation engine that turned up more than $5M in discrepancies nobody knew existed. I've used SSIS, SmartConnect, ADF, REST APIs, and custom .NET Core middleware to get data where it needs to go. On the SQL side, that means expert T-SQL: complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, and warehouse design against datasets north of 10 million records. Security & Compliance: I design for HIPAA compliance across storage, transmission, and access control, and I previously held NACI and VA-HBI Public Trust High federal security clearances. A few highlights: At the VA, working through Booz Allen Hamilton, I was CRM Technical Lead on what was, at the time, the largest known Dynamics CRM environment in the world (30,000+ users across 12 CRM systems). At VMSC, a non-profit EMS organization, I was sole architect on a HIPAA-compliant AI-driven healthcare platform built from scratch: data warehouse, ADF pipelines, Snowflake integration, AI Builder automations, Copilot Studio agents, and Power BI reporting, while leading a team of three. And at WIN-911 (now Smart Sites), an IoT SaaS company, I built the reconciliation engine mentioned above and led the migration of 20+ years of historical data from Dynamics 365 to Salesforce.
