Most small teams and startups don't need more software. They need someone to figure out what's actually broken, then build the thing that fixes it, whether that's a workflow, a financial model, or the story that gets them funded. That's what I do. On the operations side, I spend time understanding how your business actually runs, not how the org chart says it runs, then build workflows and automations that fit the way your people already work. On the startup side, I build the financial and fundraising infrastructure founders need but usually don't have time to build themselves: pro forma models, investor returns calculators, cap tables, and pitch decks that hold up under real diligence. I've earned $10k+ on Upwork, mostly on fixed-price projects, because I'd rather scope around the outcome than bill by the clock. I've spent 20 years in operations and consulting, with a background in sales, marketing, operations, and performance psychology, across nearly every industry.
