Experienced MEPF Quantity Surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction Industry. A dedicated resourceful individual who has the motivation to work hard and the determination for success with her main target the career progression through serious innovative construction and consulting companies in order to absorb the appropriate tools and techniques from the professionals. I was involved in projects such as Alveo High Park Project in Vertis North Quezon City, Philippines, and Grand Hyatt Residences Project in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. I was a Tender Quantity Surveyor for Skylight Electrical Engineering in Singapore. My task varies from the measurement of quantities, measurement of variation orders, sourcing of quotations, evaluation of progress billing claims, preparation of documents for tendering and bill of quantities, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors. I also worked with Prime Metro BMD, affiliated with BMD Australia, a premier construction company. I handled A&A works for the Solaire Casino project. I'm currently working as an Account Manager handling different projects, like Zadia Residences, Trava Residences Underground Works, and Nexus Tower, overseeing the project reassuring that it will not go over the projected budget, monitoring materials, and variation orders. I'm looking forward to work with new clients where I can showcase my knowledge and also learn new things.
