Hello, My name is Olga Zagidullina, CFA. I am an investment analyst with over 10 years of professional experience in financial modeling, M&A, and investment analysis at Asset Management and Private Equity companies. I focus on preparing financial models/ pitch decks/ business plans/ market research for start-ups in different sectors; analyzing & modeling Private Equity deals; provide other financial modeling and consulting services on demand. I started as an Investment Analyst focusing on Equity research at RESMI Investment and Financial House, JSC (Kazakhstan). Then I was offered a Lead Analyst position at Investment Banking Department at the same company with a focus on financial modeling, listings & M&As. 3 years later, I was promoted to the Head office of the Group as the Head of the Economics and Investment development department that provided experience of buy-side M&A deals in Kazakhstan in the technology and e-commerce sector. I had a chance to consider many potential targets in the Russian Confectionery and Soft Beverages sectors, as well as Fintech and E-commerce projects.
