I am an interior designer with 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential design. Throughout my career, I have refined my expertise in AutoCAD, space planning, and producing detailed construction drawings. I work closely with General Contractors and Clients, preparing comprehensive construction sets for residential and commercial projects. I also collaborate with city officials when revisions or comments are required. For local projects, I take all measurements myself, while for out-of-town projects, I work closely with the Client to gather the necessary information to create the set. Each set includes Partition Plans with details of walls, windows, built-ins, and room divisions (such as kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and laundry areas); Lighting and Power Plans showing ceiling lights and power distribution; Plumbing Plans outlining fixture and plumbing locations; Kitchen Elevations with cabinet schedules; built-in detail drawings; exterior elevations; and deck construction drawings, where applicable. As a natural problem-solver, I am especially passionate about renovation projects, where I can bring new life to existing spaces. In my residential work, I’ve helped clients transform outdated homes into modern, functional spaces that reflect contemporary lifestyles, often by reconfiguring layouts and updating finishes. In commercial projects, I collaborate with clients to optimize office layouts, balancing open offices, private workspaces, and conference rooms—while ensuring their business vision is achieved, all within their budget and style preferences.
