Software QA Tester | Manual, API & AI Testing | SaaS, Fintech
I find the bugs and the edge cases that break web, mobile, and API products before your users do. 10 years in QA and software testing, a 100% Job Success score over 46 Upwork jobs, and recent hands-on work evaluating AI and LLM features for quality and safety. What I do: Manual, exploratory, functional, and regression testing across web, mobile, and APIs Bug reports your developers can act on right away: steps, expected vs actual, severity, and a screen recording or logs attached Reusable test cases and regression suites that stay useful after the release API testing with Postman and Swagger, plus SQL checks on the data underneath AI and LLM evaluation: output quality and safety, failure cases, and acceptance criteria for AI features Industries I know well: Fintech and payments, SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare and ERP, and AI products. These are years of real domain work, not just surface testing, so I understand the rules and the money behind the features I test. AI and LLM evaluation (my recent focus): I am the QA and product analyst on SerenAI, an AI wellness companion that runs on several models with a natural voice, so it talks to people like a real coach. I do more than test it. I help scope its front-end features, writing the requirements and acceptance criteria before they are built, then I evaluate how the AI actually behaves. I check that its answers stay safe and on topic in sensitive moments, that it remembers a user correctly across short and long term memory, and that it stays GDPR compliant. I have tested it from the early WhatsApp version through to the dedicated app, covering rate limiting, token usage, end-to-end encryption, subscriptions, and offers. Where I come from: I started in 2016 by helping take a national ERP live across Pakistan, writing requirements, running SQL checks, and testing dozens of modules by hand until the whole system held. That is where the habit stuck. Never trust a feature until you have tried to make it fail. Product and scoping, when you need it: User stories, acceptance criteria, scoping, and a skeptical read of the backlog. As a Product Owner and Product Specialist I learned that most bugs start in unclear requirements, so I test the spec before I test the build. What you can hand me this week: A web, mobile, or API product that needs a thorough test pass A regression suite to set up or clean up An AI or LLM feature that needs an honest evaluation before real users meet it A backlog or requirements doc that needs a careful, skeptical read $60,000+ earned on Upwork at a 100% Job Success score. I reply fast, I report clearly, and I tell you honestly when something is not ready to ship. Send me a few details about your product and where it hurts, and I will tell you how I would approach it.
