JIRA CONSULTING I've been involved with over 1,000 project teams in Jira during my 10+ years as an Atlassian Architect. These projects came from all business functions, and there were a few that I helped grow into 500-1,000 person initiatives. While working with 3M, the user presence went from 2,000 users to over 14,000. I was able to scale our operations along with this exponential growth and received several customer services accolades even though the size of our team stayed the same. I have an extensive background in agile, process improvement, and lean six sigma. After running many successful installations, upgrades, integrations with other systems, and optimization projects within this space - I take pride in delivering a quality experience & empowering end-users. PROJECT/PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT I have led more than a dozen projects over the past few years within the software development space. Leveraging my PMP, Agile Scrum Master, & Product Owner certifications - these have largely been a success. I enjoy being able to work with teams around the globe and have been able run projects in a wide variety of businesses: Medical, Sales, Automotive, Aerospace, Personal Safety, & End-user training.
