Ednelyn M.

I help e-commerce and service-based businesses deliver 5-star customer experiences through fast, accurate, and professional support. Unlike general virtual assistants, I come ready to manage your Shopify store, handle PayPal disputes, and respond to customer emails and chats using tools like Gorgias, Slack, and ChatGPT — all without micromanagement. Here’s what I bring to your team: ✅ Shopify order management, refunds, and e-commerce support ✅ PayPal dispute resolution and payment inquiries (consistent 5-star rating) ✅ Email, chat, and phone support with fluent written English ✅ Virtual assistance: data entry, scheduling, compliance tracking, and admin ✅ Tools I use daily: Gorgias, Zendesk, Slack, Google Sheets. ✅ Calm under pressure — I handle upset customers with empathy and professionalism My past clients trusted me to manage their customer inboxes and back-office tasks, and I delivered high satisfaction without constant follow-ups. Whether you need overnight coverage, weekend support, or a reliable full-time VA, I adapt quickly and work with minimal supervision. Let’s make your customers happy while you focus on growing your business. Message me today — I’m available for a paid trial so you can see my work risk-free.
