Nikki L.

Hello! I have a Bachelor's degree in Illustration with a minor in English Literature from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, New York. I have been a freelance illustrator for 8 years, with a focus on book illustration. I have illustrated both ebooks and traditional print books in a variety of age ranges and genres. While cover illustration is my main focus, I have also illustrated full-color children's books, interior maps, and chapter header images. In addition to book illustration, I have also illustrated posters, website banners, full-page illustrations for independent artist-run publications (zines), and done character design for video games. I also have five years of experience as a graphic designer and social media manager. As a graphic designer, I have created and edited images, ads, and videos for all major social media sites. In addition to that, I have designed, landing pages, icons, podcast art, brochures, workbooks, and pamphlets.
