I graduated BS Information Technology. I am enthusiast, reliable and hardworking individual who has over 6 years of experience performing complex technical support for End User touch points of the distributed computer environment, including desktop, software and hardware installations, support and distribution, and remote access technologies to various call center company. I worked independently with little to no direct supervision in analysis, design and implementations of desktop solutions to fulfill business units requirements. I am skilled in communicating with clients and other IT partners over the phone and email for systems support and implements and ensures the most complex customer issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely manner. I have experience live chat support and RTS and am eager to learn to use any new tools that get the job done well. I have my own business before but failed to progress due to covid pandemic. I was able to manage my Facebook Page and instagram for my modular Cabinet Business and built my website using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop.
