Do you understand what Conversion Rate Optimization is? It is not about conversion rate percent - it is all about specific numbers. Revenue, Revenue Per Visitor, Avg check, and ROI I have worked with a business that raises from $1 million to $3 million per month, and my tests have helped them to get from 14% revenue per test. My projects were from different niches and segments: Online store, Lead generation sites, Cryptocurrency sites, Blogs, and many more. What can I offer you: - Raise the site Revenue and RPV - Improve marketing channels - Understand user behavior and improve UX The process of CRO: 1) Data research The main goal of this stage is to understand the problems that users are experiencing via quantitative (user flows, funnels, traffic analysis, etc.) and qualitative (heatmaps, screen recordings, polls, feedbacks, and user testings) analysis. 2) Based on research, make a hypothesis. Based on the data, we make assumptions by answering three simple questions - Where is the problem? - How to solve? - How and who will affect it? We offer solutions - we assign tasks to the design and the developer using examples. 3) Create A/B The best way to understand the effectiveness of the hypothesis is to run an A/B test. The main thing that the A/B test is not about button colors. It is about your user experience. 4) Analyze the results With different versions, you are starting to understand what made visitors choose and what was their intention. 5) Do it once again. It is a constant process, so don't think one A/b test will help you solve all of the problems at once. I use such tools as : - Google Analytics - Google Tag Manager - Hotjar - Kissmetrics - Usertesting.com - TryMyUi - Google Optimize - VWO - Google Forms - Google Data Studio - Loop11 We have to draw a straight line between business owners and customers to understand each other. High conversions to all of you who read it to the end :)
