I am an economist and statistician with a Ph.D. in economics. I have extensive experience in data analysis and modeling and have worked with large, complex data sets. My skill set includes regression analysis (linear and non-linear), multilevel modeling, propensity score analysis, and quasi-experimental methods. I have worked with household survey data, large administrative datasets, and medical claims data among others. I have excellent written and oral communication skills that I have developed by writing papers, giving conference presentations (to both technical and non-technical audiences), and teaching classes. I have both technical and non-technical writing experience and have written academic journal articles, technical reports, as well as non-technical blog posts. I am proficient in SAS, Stata, and R.
