I work with founder-led startups where things are technically functioning but harder than they should be. Usually that means too many tools doing too little, tasks falling between the cracks, and no clear view of what's actually happening across the business. I come in, figure out what's really going on, and build cleaner systems to fix it, mostly in Airtable, sometimes across broader workflow and process design. I've replaced entire stacks of disconnected tools with a single well-built base that people actually use. I don't do big complicated rebuilds. I find the friction and remove it.
