Zuraiz Z.

Senior UI/UX and Product Designer for SaaS platforms, web apps, mobile apps (iOS & Android) and product websites. 7+ years, 250+ projects, Top Rated with 100% Job Success on Upwork. I work best on products that do a lot: dashboards, multi-role workflows, data-heavy screens, AI features. My job is to turn that complexity into flows people understand and screens your developers can build without guessing. WHAT I'M USUALLY BROUGHT IN FOR • SaaS & web app design: new products, redesigns, and features added to live platforms • Dashboards & data-heavy interfaces: tables, filters, permissions, admin panels, analytics • Mobile app design for iOS and Android: core flows, onboarding, and a consistent UI • Design systems in Figma: components, variants, variables, auto layout, documentation • UX audits: finding where users get stuck in an existing product and what to fix first • AI product UX: chat and agent interfaces, human-in-the-loop flows, trust and error states • Product websites and landing pages that explain the product clearly RECENT WORK • Dealership-management SaaS platform (web app) • Fintech SaaS dashboard and AI-powered wallet app • Healthcare and mental-health monitoring web apps • Physical identity & access management (PIAM) portal • HRMS web and mobile apps • AI skincare assistant and AI habit-tracker mobile apps Alongside freelancing, I bring in-house enterprise experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Systems Limited, and previously at Tkxel and Tangent Technologies. HOW I WORK 1. Understand the product first: users, business goals, technical constraints 2. Map the flows and structure before visuals, so we agree on the logic early 3. High-fidelity UI and clickable prototypes in Figma 4. Clean handoff: organized files, reusable components, states and edge cases documented I understand HTML, CSS and front-end constraints, so what I design is realistic to build. I use AI tools to speed up research and exploration; the UX decisions and the final design are mine. WHAT CLIENTS SAY "...he takes personal interest in the project, cares about the outcome, and helps explore different angles that maybe you haven't thought of." "He's helped me with complex UI/UX tasks across multiple websites/company I have, and always provides detailed reasoning as to why he did what he did." A GOOD FIT IF You're a founder, SaaS company or product team that wants a designer who thinks about how the product works, not just how it looks, and you're open to an ongoing working relationship. Send me a short description of your product and where it's stuck. I'll reply with how I'd approach it and a realistic timeline.
