Storytelling | Creative Strategy | Mindful Movement
Stories have posture. They have a body, a rhythm, a point of view, and something they want to communicate. I help artists, entrepreneurs, and wellness professionals develop stories and ideas that resonate with the people they're meant to reach. My work brings together three perspectives: 1) The imagination of a theatre artist. 2) The audience awareness of a product manager. 3) The embodied understanding of a somatic movement teacher. Storytelling & Character Development My background in physical theatre, clowning, improvisation, and mythology shapes how I approach stories. I'm interested in what lies beneath the surface: the themes and archetypes, the tensions and desires, and the moments of transformation that leaves at least one reader or witness changed. Creative Strategy & Audience Understanding My Industrial Engineering studies at SIUE and Product Management training at General Assembly inform how I think about creative work. I look beyond the idea itself to understand the people it's intended to serve. What are their pain points, desires, questions, and motivations? What would make them curious enough to pay attention — and what would make the message meaningful to them? I bring these questions into story development, brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative direction, helping you communicate ideas that resonate with your audience's lived experiences. I work with clients who want their stories to feel clear, immersive, and imaginative. Yoga & Somatic Movement As a yoga, meditation, and movement teacher, I explore how people learn not only through words, but also through sensation, imagination, and play. My work draws on somatic movement, expressive arts therapy, breath work, and meditation. I can help develop mindfulness and wellness content, meditation scripts and recordings, and movement-based learning experiences. My approach: I combine artistic curiosity with thoughtful structure. I want to understand the essence of an idea, the people it is meant for, and the experience we want to create for them. I'm interested in work that invites people to evoke their innate capacity to heal and adapt rather than approaching them as something to be "fixed".
