Manual Tester | QA Tester | SaaS, Web, Mobile App, API & AI Testing

Manual QA Tester with 2,100+ hours and 29 completed jobs on Upwork, at a 100% Job Success Score. I find the bugs that don't crash anything: the ones that fail politely, look successful on screen, and quietly corrupt your data for weeks before anyone notices. That is the difference between a tester who checks that a button works and a QA engineer who checks what happened after you pressed it. I don't accept a success message as proof. After any action that writes data, I go and verify the thing that was supposed to change, from a different screen, and where possible as a different user. Most of the serious bugs I have found came out of that one habit. WHAT I TEST - Functional and regression testing for web and mobile - End-to-end business flows, not isolated screens - Roles, permissions and multi-tenant isolation: proving one customer cannot reach another customer's data - API testing with Postman and Swagger, including the requests the interface hides - Payment and checkout flows (Stripe, PayPal) in test mode - AI chatbot and LLM features: hallucinations, prompt edge cases, inconsistent or unsafe output - Cross-browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge - Real mobile devices: iPhone 13, iPad, and Android on two different manufacturer skins (Honor, Xiaomi), because Android OEMs disagree with each other more than people expect - Usability: where a non-technical user hesitates, gives up, or fills the form wrong WHAT YOU GET - A bug report ranked by severity, not a flat list - Every bug with exact steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, screenshot or screen recording, device and browser, and console errors where relevant - Test cases and test plans in Excel or Google Sheets, ready to import into TestRail, Jira or Azure DevOps - A short written summary in plain language: what is solid, what is risky, what I would fix before launch - Re-testing after your developer ships the fix, so you know it is actually closed TOOLS Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Notion, Postman, Swagger, BrowserStack, Charles Proxy, Chrome DevTools, Google Sheets DOMAINS SaaS and B2B platforms, FinTech and payments, E-commerce, EdTech and LMS, Healthcare, CMMS and field-service platforms, AI-powered applications RECENT WORK - Practice-management platform for accounting firms: working against a catalogue of 1,000+ test cases across 96 suites - CMMS platform: over a year on work orders, assets, maintenance scheduling and contractor assignment - Multi-tenant SaaS products: role and permission audits across paired customer accounts HOW I WORK WITH YOU I ask what matters most before I start, so the hours go where the risk is. If I cannot reach something, you get a written list of what I did not cover. Untested is fine; untested and unknown is not. And if I report something and later find my own testing caused it, I will tell you and withdraw it. I would rather lose a finding than have your team spend a sprint chasing a bug that was mine. I reply within a few hours, I work more than 30 hours a week, and my time zone overlaps US mornings and European afternoons, so we get real-time hours most days. Send me your app or website and one sentence on what worries you. I will tell you honestly what I would test first, and if a small job is enough, I will say so.
