I have developed hundreds of products over the last 20 plus years using components made with a range of processes such as complex plastics, metals, castings, printed circuit boards, and just about anything else you can imagine. I have vast experience designing for manufacturability which makes your product look and work better while reducing the cost to produce it. I am an aerospace engineer and certified trainer in the SolidWorks design platform. I can provide expert dynamic mechanical simulation, computational fluid dynamic analysis, and photorealistic digital renderings. I am fluent using a wide range of prototyping techniques and own my own 3D Printing equipment to allow you to get your hands on your product early in the process. I also have overseas tooling and production capabilities that produce extremely high-quality parts at the lowest prices you will find anywhere.
