Bridget B.

I'm an Operations and Administrative Professional with 20+ years of experience helping businesses organize information, solve problems, manage projects, and meet critical deadlines. My background includes CRM administration, research, data analysis, proposal and RFP coordination, vendor management, executive support, and process organization. I'm experienced with Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and AI-powered tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and custom AI workflows. I'm naturally curious and enjoy learning new systems, software, and processes. When faced with something unfamiliar, I take the initiative to research, learn, and adapt quickly so projects continue moving forward. One of my greatest strengths is taking complex or disorganized projects and turning them into clear, actionable results. Whether I'm coordinating proposal submissions, validating vendor quotes, maintaining CRM data, conducting research, or managing operational tasks, I bring a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. I thrive in independent, deadline-driven environments and take pride in being the person clients can rely on to figure things out, keep projects moving, and deliver quality work on time.
