I'd like to take this moment to introduce myself. I am Shelby Nelson. I have been a member of the work force in retail, health care, retail management, and the service industry from the age of 14. Whether it is a patient laying on a gurney or the customer stopping at the store for a drink, I have adopted the work ethic, that no matter how large or small the need, I like to make them feel like they are the only customer and ensure satisfaction. Providing a positive and productive service experience will earn a business the best advertising one could hope for. Word of mouth referrals are the backbone of good business. I am from a small town and I learned early on that a stellar reputation and providing the best service possible can literally make or break a business. I have always strived to make sure that whatever interaction I have with the client will be positive and to do my best to ensure that they become a repeat client, not just a one time client. I feel this approach to business keeps it personal while applying all forms of technology and service available to the clients.
