In IT, you either evolve with the changing technology or get left behind. Staying current is only half the battle, being able to apply new technology to meet and improve business needs is a critical piece of the puzzle that often gets missed. My experience in working from help desk on up has given me invaluable insight into providing outstanding "customer" support and the ability to see the bigger picture.
