Some ideas deserve and need a world, a cast, a structure, and a form that can actually be produced. I'm a story developer and YouTube scriptwriter with 9+ years of experience. Most of my work happens before anyone writes a page of script. What I build: World bible: Marks what's locked, what's extendable, and what's deliberately left open, so a second writer can take the world somewhere new without calling me first. Character sheets: Built mainly for artists. Scale, costume states, damage continuity, and a checklist of what still needs drawing. Outline: Every thread tracked from where it's planted to where it pays off, with panel counts and adaptation notes if it's headed for a comic. Prose or Script: Built on the foundation we got from the steps above. My portfolio has a full package of all four for an original IP if you want to see the finished set. The process is the same whether the end product is a film, a manga, a comic, or a novel. We start with a structured questionnaire that surfaces the world, the characters, and what the story is actually about underneath the premise. The script comes last, shaped to its medium, whether that's a manga panel rhythm, a film beat structure, or a YouTube retention curve. I've also written 150+ YouTube scripts across recaps, analysis, lore-heavy storytelling and branded narrative work. That volume is where I learned to hold an audience for twenty minutes with nothing but words, and I still take on channel work, long-term especially. Send me a message with a few sentences about the idea and what medium you're aiming for. I'll usually have a structural read on it within a day.
