Real Estate - Transaction Coordinator

I have been working in the industry (BPO) for almost 11 years. I used to be a senior consultant supporting a team of UK agents and I handled both email and voice support. It was very exciting for me since I get to interact with different people in higher management. It went better when I got promoted to be part of Workforce Management as Scheduler. Time is very important since you need to work fast but diligently in order for you to meet the deadline. New challenges excite me a lot because it always giving me an opportunity to learn something new.
