I create learning material that's engaging, and programs that deliver scalable, repeatable learning results. I do this by prioritizing the learner's experience and making learning content that feels alive. My L&D story began as a high school teacher. Most learning content isn't very engaging. I created most of my lessons from scratch to engage my audience. The difference this made in their engagement as well as what they were able to learn is truly incredible. I carried this mission with me as I moved into the adult learning and leadership space in 2018, and I continue to be fueled by transforming learning from sit-throughs to experiences that feel alive.
