I’m an HR Director with more than 10 years in HR, currently running people operations at an AdTech company of about 100 people. Most of my freelance work is the stuff that piles up in growing companies when nobody owns it: a policy that doesn’t exist yet, a bonus scheme nobody can explain, a first hire in a country where you have no legal entity. I started in HR as a recruiter and later became HRBP and then Head of HR. During this time I’ve been working in international, multicultural teams, so I’m used to building HR that holds up across countries and time zones, not just in one office.
