Muhammad Kashif S.
Executive Assistant for Founders & Small Business Owners
I've spent 5,700+ hours being the person business owners hand things to and then stop thinking about. One client kept me for five years and 3,100 hours. Another has been with me since 2023 and we're still working together today. In a market where most assistants don't make it past month two, that's the number I'd want you to look at. What I take off your plate: Inbox & calendar: I run email as an owner, not a forwarder. Triage, draft replies in your voice, flag only what genuinely needs you, keep the calendar clean and conflict-free across time zones. Research & data: Lead lists, prospect research, market and competitor scans, spreadsheet building and cleanup. I've built lists from scratch for real estate, healthcare, and B2B clients and I check my own work before it reaches you. Operations & admin: Document prep, file systems, CRM and record hygiene, recurring reports, and the SOPs that mean the next person can do it without asking you twice. Customer support: Email and ticket handling, first-response coverage, escalation only when it's actually warranted. Content & light marketing support: Social scheduling, WordPress content updates, simple graphics in Canva. Useful when you need it, and I'll tell you honestly when you'd be better off with a specialist. Tools I work in daily: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. New tools don't slow me down, a recent client's feedback was that I "pick up skills quickly," and that's usually how the first week goes. How I work: I ask questions up front, so I don't have to ask them later. I send a short end-of-day or end-of-week summary, so you always know where things stand without chasing me. If something's going to slip, you hear it from me before it slips. I'm reachable during US business hours and I reply fast, usually within a couple of hours. Who I'm best for Founders, agency owners, and small teams who are the bottleneck in their own business and need someone reliable enough to hand real responsibility to, NOT SOMEONE who needs re-training every month. Who I'm probably NOT RIGHT FOR: One-off micro-tasks, or work that needs a specialist designer, developer, or accountant. I'll say so rather than take the contract. If you're spending hours a week on things that shouldn't need you, send me a message describing a normal week and I'll tell you exactly what I'd take over first. Regards, Mo
