Anuka R.

I am an entrepreneur and freelancer, and I work on many different things! I have 15 years of experience in Project and Program Management, Team Management, Quality Control, Training, Customer/Community/Tech Support, and Leadership Development. My most recent job was as a Project Manager and Quality Control at Kellas Productions, overseeing team management, project execution and delivery, quality control, and more. Prior to that, I was a Senior Program Manager at Singularity Group, managing a social impact program aimed at creating positive impact with the use and understanding of exponential technologies. We had over 50 Chapters in over 25 countries, with a total team of 280 people. I developed and delivered monthly training sessions, created the structure and process of the program, conducted consistent 1:1 sessions with each Chapter team to guide and support them, and collaborated with several teams in the company for the success of my program and the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Online programs, In-person and virtual events, and more. I also have 2 small but successful businesses: Sexual health education consultancy and women health promotion; and a family Wine Importing Company. I am highly focused, passionate about efficiency, leadership, and process improvement. I believe in constantly learning and growing throughout all the different areas of my life.
